What can I try for free?
You receive 2,000 trial words, once, valid for 30 days. Draft roughly the first 1,000 source words of each manuscript, compare the result with the original, and add glossary terms and comments. Each opening preview uses your trial balance. The preview ends at a paragraph boundary, so its exact length varies.
Do I need a card to get started?
No. Create an account and try your opening pages. When you are ready for a paid plan, open Usage & Billing from your account menu and choose Starter or Pro.
Which files can I upload?
Word (.docx), Markdown (.md or .markdown) and plain text (.txt), up to 50 MB. You can also paste text. PDF import is not available. Check your imported chapters and paragraphs before translating.
Which languages can I use?
Set your source and target languages when creating a translation. Quality varies by language pair, writing style and model. Try a short passage and ask someone fluent in both languages to assess it before translating a full manuscript.
Is an AI-checked translation ready to publish?
AI checks can flag problems, but can also miss changes to meaning, names or tone. Review the translation against the original with a fluent human reader before publishing. The example above illustrates the workspace; it is not a translation-quality benchmark.
How are word credits used?
Drafting, redrafting and AI revisions use the source-word count of the passages processed. Working on the same passage again can use credits again. AI verification requires paid access but does not deduct additional word credits. Check the estimate before you start.
What do paid plans include?
Starter and Pro include monthly word credits and unlock translation beyond the opening preview, AI verification, revision tools and export. Word packs add credits; they do not unlock paid features. Choose a plan in Usage & Billing after signing in.
What can I export?
Paid access includes Markdown export. If you uploaded a Word document, Word export uses that stored original. Check formatting, images and any unfinished passages in the downloaded file before sharing it.
